    Steps to Transfer SIM via Magnolia
    While setting up your new iPhone, if you're asked to transfer your phone number, follow the on-screen instructions to transfer a physical SIM or an eSIM.
    You can transfer more than one phone number to the new iPhone.
    The old SIM will be deactivated once the cellular plan is activated on the new iPhone.
     
    Before starting the SIM transfer process, please ensure the following:
    1.Your new device is close to your current device.
    2.Both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth is enabled.
    3.Both devices are signed in to the same iCloud account.
    4.The iOS software on both devices is updated to the latest available version.


    A fee of SAR 40.25 will be charged for the SIM transfer process:

    • Prepaid lines: The amount will be deducted from your balance.
    • Postpaid lines: The amount will be added to your bill

    On the Target Device (the iPhone you're transferring the eSIM to):
    1.Go to Settings > Cellular > then tap Set Up Cellular or Add eSIM.
    2.Select the cellular plan you want to transfer from another iPhone.

    • oIf you don’t see a list of numbers, tap Transfer from Nearby iPhone.

    3.A confirmation code will be sent to start the transfer process.
    4.Wait for the code to be entered on the source device.
    5.You’ll receive notifications indicating that the transfer has started.
    6.Once the transfer is complete, the user must visit the Nafath platform to activate the eSIM.
    On the Source Device (the iPhone you're transferring the eSIM from):
    7.Enter the confirmation code shown on the target device.
    8.The device will begin processing the transfer request simultaneously with the new device.
    9.When the process is complete, a confirmation message will appear:
    "The eSIM has been transferred successfully."
     

  • 1- Make sure the device is connected to the internet via WiFi.Mobile Data.

    2- Settings, then Cellular.

    3- Select Add cellular plan.

    4- Open and point your camera at the QR code on your eSIM activation card until you see installing cellular plan.

    5- All set! Your eSIM is now downloaded and installed.
